How do you use a clawhammer controller?

The leftmost button (closest to the string) is the “clawhammer” button, which you press to engage the hammer action. The rightmost button (furthest away from the string) is the “stop” button which is used to end the clawhammer action and to turn off the strings.

In between these two buttons are two buttons which are used to control the dynamics of the hammer action. The first control is known as the “volume” control, which allows you to adjust the strength of the hammer action.

The second control is known as the “tone” control which allows you to adjust the brightness or “edge” of the sound created by the clawhammer action.

Once these controls have been adjusted to a suitable level, you can begin playing using the clawhammer technique simply by pressing the clawhammer button and striking the strings with your index finger.

To end the hammer action, you can simply hit the stop button. You can also use the two dynamics controls while you are playing to adjust the attack and brightness of the sound produced by the clawhammer technique.

Overall, using a clawhammer controller is quite simple and might take a bit of practice to get used to it, but it’s well worth it!

How do you brew in a basket?

How do you use a BrewZilla?

Preheat the BrewZilla to your desired brewing temperature; we recommend 155-160° Fahrenheit for most styles of beer. If you’re brewing a lager, you’ll want to aim for a temperature closer to 52° Fahrenheit.

Once the BrewZilla has reached temperature, add your grains to the grain basket and secure the lid. For most styles of beer, we recommend using about 2-3 pounds of grain.

Next, slowly add your hot water to the BrewZilla, being careful not to overfill it. For most styles of beer, we recommend using between 3 and 4 gallons of water.

Once your water has been added, stir the mixture well to ensure that all of the grains are fully saturated. Then, secure the lid and begin the mash cycle.

During the mash cycle, the BrewZilla will stir the grains and water mixture automatically. After about 60 minutes, the mash cycle will be complete and you can begin the boiling process.

To begin boiling, open the valve at the bottom of the BrewZilla to draining the wort into the boiling kettle. Be sure to catch the wort in a sanitized brewing efficiency or remove the grain basket and carefully pour the wort into your boiling kettle.

Once all of the wort has been transferred to the kettle, it’s time to add your hops. For most styles of beer, we recommend using between 1 and 2 ounces of hops.

After the hops have been added, it’s time to start boiling. The boil should last for about 60 minutes.

Once the boil is complete, it’s time to begin the cooling process. To do this, simply transfer the wort to your sanitized fermentation vessel. We recommend using a wort chiller to cool the wort as quickly as possible.

Once the wort has been cooled to below 80° Fahrenheit, you can add your yeast. For most styles of beer, we recommend using between 1 and 2 packets of yeast.

Once the yeast has been added, simply attach a airlock to your fermentation vessel and let the beer ferment for the recommended amount of time. For most styles, this is between 2 and 4 weeks.

After the beer has finished fermenting, it’s time to bottle or keg it. If you’re bottling, simply sanitize your bottles and siphon the beer into them. For kegging, simply attach a sanitized hose to your keg and siphon the beer into it.

Once the beer is in your bottles or keg, simply let it age for the recommended amount of time. For most styles, this is between 2 and 4 weeks. After the beer has aged, it’s ready to drink! Enjoy!

How does a plate chiller work?
