My worst habit is procrastination. Even though I know I should be tackling my work more efficiently, I often put it off. Procrastination is a slippery slope, as I find it easier to put things off three minutes more, then three more minutes more, and so on and so forth.

I’m often left scrambling to complete my work close to deadlines. Even though I know it’s counter-productive and bad for my stress levels, it’s a habit I haven’t been able to break. One thing that’s helped is setting a few smaller tasks I can complete in the time that I have, versus one huge daunting task.

This way I don’t feel overwhelmed, and I’m more motivated to actually do the work.
