My biggest weakness is that I can sometimes lack confidence in my abilities. When I don’t feel like I have enough experience or knowledge, it can lead to feelings of insecurity and uncertainty which can hold me back from achieving my full potential.

To combat this, I always continually strive to learn new skills and improve existing ones by actively engaging in challenging projects and taking part in educational opportunities. Additionally, I have created systems in my life (habits and routines) to ensure that I remain focused and organized which helps to reduce stress and feelings of overwhelm.

This also allows me to track my progress and achieve goals with greater consistency.
