We use a blend of heirloom and culinary apples to create a unique flavor profile in each of our ciders.

Our hard cider is naturally gluten free and vegan. We use a traditional fermentation process and never add artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. Our cider is fermented with a Champagne yeast strain to create a crisp, refreshing finish.

Bold Rock Hard Cider is available in four styles: our flagship Indian River Draft, Richmond Hill, Carolina Apple, and seasonal ciders. Indian River Draft is a light, crisp, and refreshing cider made with a blend of Virginia apples.

Richmond Hill is a slightly sweeter cider made with a blend of heirloom apples. Carolina Apple is a medium-dry cider made with a blend of Virginia apples and a touch of fresh ginger. Our seasonal ciders are available throughout the year and feature a variety of seasonal ingredients and flavors.
