Who kills Tanjiro in Demon Slayer?

At the end of the Demon Slayer story, Tanjiro is killed by the most powerful demon, Muzan Kibutsuji. However, Tanjiro is ultimately slain by his own sword, which he infused with every bit of his remaining strength in order to defeat Muzan.
